These terms apply when you browse or order from this website. The website is run by [Legal entity name – to be confirmed] (“we”, “us”), which operates The Protein Café, Basaveshwara Nagar, Bengaluru. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering

• You need a working Indian mobile number. We verify it with a one-time code.
• An order is confirmed only when the kitchen accepts it. You'll see this on the order tracking page.
• We may decline an order, for example when a dish sells out, the address is outside our delivery area or we are too busy. If you paid online, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless the bill shows it separately.
• The amount on your bill at checkout is final. Prices on the website may change without notice.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Cash on delivery, where offered, must be paid in full to the rider.

Nutrition and allergens

Protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie values are approximate. They are calculated from standard recipes and vary with natural ingredients and portioning. Our food is not a medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, follow your doctor's advice.

Our kitchen handles milk, nuts, gluten, egg, soy and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces. Tell us about allergies in the order note and check with us before ordering.

Your account

Keep your phone secure: anyone with your one-time code can order on your account. Don't misuse coupons, place fake orders or interfere with the website. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
