We deliver within about 5–7 km of our kitchen in Basaveshwara Nagar (560079), covering nearby areas such as Rajajinagar, Vijayanagar, Mahalakshmi Layout, Kamakshipalya and Nandini Layout. The exact limit depends on road distance. The website checks your address before you pay.

Delivery fees

• The fee depends on the road distance from the kitchen and is shown on your bill before you pay.

• 5–7 km: [₹ fee – to be confirmed]
• Free delivery on orders above ₹499 (item total after discounts).

Delivery times

• Most orders arrive in 30–45 minutes. The tracking page shows a live estimate.
• At busy times or in heavy rain it can take longer. We'll tell you if it does.
• We take orders during opening hours, 11:00 – 23:00, every day.

Pickup

You can choose pickup at checkout and collect from the counter. We'll show a ready time and tell you when it's packed.

If we can't reach you

The rider will call you on arrival. If we can't reach you for 10 minutes, the order may be returned and is not refunded, because the food can't be resold.
